Bardon Latrobe FC members are saddened to hear of the passing of Graham “Pa” Coomber.
Pa was a much loved & respected coach and stalwart, for many years with Mitchelton FC.
Pa’s grandson Eliot Coomber commenced playing with the Bardon Under-18s last season was a pivotal part of the Capital Reserves final success. Pa came to as many Bardon games as he could and was a lovely man with a sharp wit and a keen football brain.
Eliot’s father & Pa’s son Justin, also held a long association with Mitchie and now with Bardon, often assisting our U18’s in the coaching and Eliot’s mum Katrina is a vocal supporter for Eliot and new home at Bardon Latrobe FC.
