Changes & Reminders to Law 4 – Players Equipment

This applies to all grades U12 up

It appears that the message in the email below has generally not been passed on to coaches, managers & players.

Football Brisbane has now advised referees that this law (re tape) will be policed in ALL Pre-Season matches from now on.

It is also relevant to remind clubs that the undershorts (“skins”) law has not changed and does apply in Pre-Season matches.

Similarly, the jewellery law is also applicable – jewellery (ear-rings, rings etc) must be removed – they cannot be taped over.

PLEASE pass this on to your Coaches, Managers & Players to avoid any unnecessary dramas prior to matches.

There will be a couple of rolls of red tape left at the canteen for emergencies for HOME games.
