Football Queensland has today confirmed the immediate suspension of all football activity across South East Queensland until further notice due to the anticipated impacts of Tropical Cyclone Alfred.
The decision to suspend all football activity with immediate effect across the Metro, South Coast, Sunshine Coast and Darling Downs regions has been made to prioritise the safety of all members of the football community, and includes any and all forms of training sessions, matches and other football-related gatherings.
