Registration process – Season 2025
– Fees
Restricting player numbers
Due to space constraints the club needs to closely control our membership numbers. Many of the registration rules listed below work to ‘manage’ our numbers.
Owing to the popularity of Bardon Latrobe and the increasing interest in football applications at the club, we exceed our capacity, and we expect this to continue into 2025.
Your next steps?
- If you have a child interested in playing in U06 for Season 2025 see below
- If you did not play in Season 2024 but want to join the club see below
- If participated in trials for a Miniroos or Junior team in Oct you will be sent an email in late Oct/early Nov with an offer (if you are provided an offer).
- If you are Metro or FQPL (TBC)
- If you played in Season 2024 (excl Metro/FQPL) you will be sent an email in ~mid-Nov 2024 with an offer to register.
U06 registration
The club will run an initial EOI process before progressing to registration offers. This ensures we control player numbers.
IMPORTANT: An additional rule for Season 25, only children turning 6 yrs old within the year 2025 will be accepted for registration.
Process for registration:
Step 1: Registrants for Season 24 will receive an offer to complete an EOI for their children(s) to U06 for Season 25
Step 2: If the child is selected from the EOI a formal registration offer will be emailed to you. Registration and payment will mean your child is ready to go for Season 25.
If the club is oversubscribed with U06 EOIs, players will be evaluated on:
· If they have a parent/guardian(s) or sibling(s) playing at the club in Season 25
· If they have a parent/guardian(s) permanently volunteering at the club
· Live or school within the locality of the club
If your child is 4 of 5 yrs old in 2025, the club provides program-style training on a term basis. Please click here{link to Kindy kick off} to join the contact group for these programs.
Did not play in Season 24
If you didn’t play in Season 24 please join our EOI group. You will be contacted in early 2025 if you are offered registration to the club.

Registration systems
If you’re new to the club or have been with us for a while the different registration systems can get confusing.
The key points:
- You will need to register and pay fees into two separate systems
- These systems do not ‘talk to each other’ so you’ll need to enter your details, register and pay in two separate processes
- The club will email you reminders to complete registration, with registration/payment needs to be made by deadline date (TBC)
- Registration and payment is required both systems before you take the field
The systems:
· Majestri – this is Bardon Latrobe Football Club’s system and manages your registration and payment to the football club
· Squadi – this is a Football Queensland system it manages your registration to the Football Queensland competition(s) and is for your player insurance. Mandatory registration for all players.
Squadi is also your go-to app for viewing your game fixtures (excl U06-U07 and Overs).
