This section is for current club members or new players who’ve been invited to register. If you played with Bardon Latrobe FC during the season (April to September), you’re considered an existing member.

How registration works

Each year, the club will open a members-only registration window, this year on the 23rd November . Members will be invited to register by email. The link to register is not provided on this website.

This exclusive period will remain open until 23rd January . After that, any remaining spots will be filled from the expression of interest.

When you have registered to the club, the Age Coordinator for your age group will allocate you to a team. Team allocation is based on multiple factors and takes into account team continuity, team balance and player preferences.
Registration Helper
To play football you will need to register to three unique systems. That’s three accounts and three separate payments. These all need to be completed before you take the field for a game.

| PlayOn – non-means tested | $200 where voucher is provided at the time of your registration |
Important Points
- * Excludes player coaches
- ** Discount cannot be claimed if you have already received a full discount for coaching juniors
- Where there is more than one coach for a team, the discount may be divided amongst the coaching group
- Most vouchers will be non-means tested, however if you have a means tested PlayOn voucher, please contact the Club Registrar
PlayOn Vouchers
PlayOn Vouchers
PlayOn vouchers are provided by the Queensland Government to assist families with the cost of sports registration fees. These vouchers are available for children aged 5 to 17 years.
Our club is pleased to accept PlayOn vouchers for registration through the Majestri system.

When you are asked to register in Majestri, login to Majestri and start your BLFC registration

At checkout, select the PlayOn Voucher option

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration

The system will automatically apply the voucher amount and deduct it from your total registration fee

Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change. The club offers refunds in certain cases, aiming to be fair and transparent with Winter Football registrations.
