Capital action on a Sunday

Our Capital League Three teams play at home this weekend against Clairvaux FC. These round 10 games will take place on Sunday April 30. Reserves kick off at 12:30pm and firsts will be in action at 2:30pm. Bowman Park will host a full calendar of fixtures.

Clairvaux currently sit in 7th on the Capital Three ladder just one place ahead of Bardon Latrobe having played two games less.

Bardon Latrobe won 6 – 1 last week against Narangba United whilst Clairvaux narrowly lost to Westside 4 – 3. The teams traded 2-1 score lines last season, both sides wining their respective home games.

In the reserves, Bardon Latrobe remain first on the ladder having won 4 – 2 at Narangba United last week. Clairvaux are in 5th place and lost 5 – 2 to Westside last week.

Our City 5 team played against UQ last night winning 2 – 0 with goals from Will Phillips and Toby Weston. Our City 6 team played against Narangba United last night and won 8 – 2 (B Gatling 2, Gillman 2, J Gatling, Baker, Waddel, Irvine Casey). Over 35’s were also in action at home last night winning 2 – 1 against Virginia United with goals from Phil Jeffries and Graeme Filippi.

Our City 7 team play at home today against Grange Thistle FC, kick off at 1:45pm.
