We are delighted to announce 2 ‘coach the coaches’ sessions with Capital Head Coach and FFA B-licensed coach, Mark Strickland. These sessions have been designed to assist new volunteer coaches to the club and are open to all Bardon Latrobe coaches.
The sessions have been broken into Miniroo and Junior to assist in making sure the content is age appropriate.
Event Timing:
Miniroos session – Tuesday February 27th – 5:30pm (1 hour)
Juniors session – Thursday March 1st- 5:30pm (1 hour)

Clubhouse, Bowman Park, David Avenue
5.30pm – Introduction and aim of sessions in clubhouse.
5.35pm – Talk about “the curriculum” and how we can incorporate into our sessions using the four key football components within all our sessions. Talk about positive and negative coaching points.
5.55pm – On to the field and coaching with the kids.
6pm – Skills sessions including take away material.
