Rescheduled: Coach the Coaches

After a couple of false starts due to the crazy weather we have been having the ‘Coach the coaches’ session has been rescheduled.

Mark Strickland our Capital Head Coach and a FFA B-licensed coach  will host the session. The session has been designed to assist new volunteer coaches to the club and is open to all Bardon Latrobe coaches.

Tuesday March 20 – 5:45pm (1 hour) – meet on the club verandah

Event Address:
Clubhouse, Bowman Park, David Avenue

5:45pm – Introduction and aim of sessions in clubhouse.

5:50pm – Talk about “the curriculum” and how we can incorporate into our sessions using the four key football components within all our sessions. Talk about positive and negative coaching points.

6:10pm – On to the field and coaching with the kids.

6:30pm – Skills sessions including take away material.
